• We suggest visits to out of the beaten track locations such as local monasteries with nuns sharing their views on religion and monastic life, the American Farm School in Thessaloniki, meeting with the Greek orthodox archiepiscopate for an international dialogue on religion

• We encourage local culture, such as participating in traditional ceramics workshops, "flokati" (sheep rugs) and carpet workshops, Ancient Masks and theatre workshop and even marble carving activities.

• We provide suggestions for special cultural events as folk-dancing by local dancers, and interactive drama class.

•  We visit and experience olive oil presses, specialty wineries, orange groves, mozzarella factories,  and cooking schools  making authentic Greek or Italian recipes

•  We arrange delicious dining experiences with local specialties prepared by local chefs in small villages or island tavernas while in Greece (including village recipes for popular Greek dishes)

•  We and our team are physically present in Greece or Italy to personally take care of you and your participants

• We have TRAVEL OPERATOR LIABILITY INSURANCE with a major U.S insurance company with 2 million USD coverage

•  We have local presence in Greece, Italy and Turkey to assist through out the study tour (while on location)
